PARTY BAR

PARTY BAR emerges from a wealth of experience, knowledge and a natural desire to celebrate, curate and bring people together.

Hi, PARTY BAR is operated by me, Molly. I have over 2 decades of hospitality and service experience. 7 years working more exclusively in the mezcal and spirits industry.

I have produced hundreds of pop-up bars for a myriad of events throughout the US & Mexico. I created art bar installations, designed drink pairings and educated consumers with meaningful storytelling. I have had the extreme privilege of working directly with mezcal producers and learning about regenerative practices and environmental challenges.

I have been fortunate to collaborate with acclaimed bartenders, chefs, farmers, herbalists, artists, organizations, festivals, museums, spirit producers and industry leaders.

I have worked in nationally recognized restaurants and bars, some founded by Michelin Star recipients and James Beard finalists. More recently I bartended for 2+ years at La Reina, a locally awarded mezcal and natural wine forward bar in Santa Fe.

I am a mother to a 4 year old daughter. I am currently studying adobe construction at Santa Fe Community College and I have a degree in Inter-American Border Studies from UT El Paso.
